摘 要:对振动台动圈骨架进行合理简化,构建驱动线圈、短路环及骨架的电路模型。将电路理论分析与ANSYS磁场分析方法相结合,推导出骨架动生和感生电流随频率变化的表达式,并在考虑趋肤效应的情况下对骨架电阻进行修正,得出更为准确的热功率计算公式。理论分析和计算表明,所提动圈骨架热功率计算方法能够应用于电动振动台具体型号的研制。Firstly,the reasonable simplification of the moving coil skeleton of the shaking table was established,and the circuit model of the driving coil,short-circuit ring and skeleton were constructed.Then,the expressions of the dynamic and induced currents of the frame with the frequency variation were derived by combining the circuit theoretical analysis with the ANSYS magnetic field analysis method,and the skeleton resistance was modified considering the skin effect to obtain a more accurate thermal power calculation.Theoretical analysis and calculation show that the thermal power calculation method of moving coil skeleton can be applied to the development of electric vibration table.
