摘 要:为研究EFP着角对柱形带壳装药的冲击起爆效能的影响规律,利用LS-DYNA有限元数值计算软件,对EFP冲击侵彻柱形带壳装药过程进行模拟仿真。结果表明:在本文初始条件下,着角为0~30°时,战斗部均能成功冲击起爆柱形装药,垂直侵彻(着角为0°)并不具备最优的冲击起爆能力。当着角在0~30°范围内,弹丸冲击起爆能力随着角的增加先增长后下降,被发装药发生汇聚爆轰现象,呈现强爆轰特征。大角度侵彻(着角大于等于35°)时,弹丸无法冲击起爆柱形带壳装药,且会发生跳飞现象。In this paper,LS-DYNA was used to simulate the penetration process of impinged cylindrical shell by EFP with different strike angles,focusing on the influence law of EFP warhead on the penetration efficiency of cylindrical charge under various working conditions.The results show that under the initial condition of this paper,when the angle of strike is from 0°to 30°,the warhead can successfully impact the priming cylindrical charge.Vertical penetration(0°)does not have the optimal impact initiation capability.With the increase of angle from 0°to 30°,the projectile impact initiating ability increase firstly and then decrease,the funnel detonation phenomenon occured for the initiated charge,which show the strong detonation characteristics.When penetrating at a large angle(the impact angle is greater than or equal to 35°),the warhead cannot impact the priming column-shaped shell charge and will jump off.
