摘　　要：腹股沟疝的外科治疗在不同时期可能引起不同的并发症,其中包括多种特殊的、严重的并发症。术中并发症:死亡冠血管损伤、髂血管损伤、股血管损伤、耻骨后静脉丛损伤;术后早期并发症:静脉血栓栓塞症、急性肠梗阻、超敏反应;随访期并发症:补片侵蚀感染相关并发症、慢性疼痛和生殖系统并发症。外科医师在治疗腹股沟疝的同时,应时刻谨记上述严重并发症的相关病因,对能够通过手术技术和治疗决策避免的特殊并发症应以预防为主,而对于已经发生的并发症,需要掌握处理方法,多学科协作、多方法和途径相结合是治疗此类特殊并发症的切实可行的途径。The surgical treatment of inguinal hernia may cause different complications in different periods,even including all kinds of special and serious complications.Intraoperation:Corona mortis vessel injury,iliac vessel injury,femoral vessel injury,posterior pubic vein plexus injury and organ injury;Perioperative period:venous thromboembolism,acute intestinal obstruction,hypersensitivity;Follow up period:mesh erosion and infection,chronic pain and reproductive system complications.Surgeons should always keep in mind the causes of such serious complications in the treatment of inguinal hernia.Prevention should be the main way to avoid the serious complications that could be avoided by operation technology and treatment decision.For serious complications that have occurred,surgeons need to master the treatment methods.Multidisciplinary cooperation and combination of multiple methods and approaches are feasible ways to treat such serious complications.
