摘 要:为提高聚丙烯腈(PAN)超滤膜的亲水性和抗污染性,以丙烯腈(AN)和4-乙烯基吡啶(4-VP)为原料、偶氮二异丁氰(AIBN)为引发剂,通过自由基共聚制备了丙烯腈和4-乙烯基吡啶共聚物P(AN-co-4-VP),采用L-S相转化法制备了具有抗污染性的P(AN-co-4-VP)超滤膜。通过调控4-VP的投料比,制备了不同4-VP含量的共聚物膜,研究不同4-VP含量对共聚物膜抗污染性的影响。结果表明,随着4-VP含量的增加,共聚物膜表面的微孔增多,指状孔的贯通性增强,从而提高了膜的水通量;膜的接触角变小,亲水性有所提高,膜的抗污染实验证实了共聚物超滤膜的抗牛血清白蛋白污染性提高。In order to improve the hydrophilicity and pollution resistance of polyacrylonitrile(PAN)ultrafiltration membranes,P(AN-co-4-VP)copolymers were prepared through the free radical copolymerization using acrylonitrile(AN)and 4-vinyl pyridine(4-VP)as raw materials,2,2-azobisiobutyronitrile(AIBN)as initiator.P(AN-co-4-VP)ultrafiltration membrane with anti-pollution property was prepared by L-S phase transition method.The membranes with various 4-VP contents were prepared by adjusting the ratio of 4-VP to AN and the influence of 4-VP contents on the anti-pollution of membranes was investigated.The results showed that with increasing the contents of 4-VP,the counts of microscopic pores on the surface of copolymer membranes were increased and the permeability of finger-like pore was enhanced,which thus improved the water flux ability of membranes.The anti-bovine serum albumin fouling ability of copolymer membranes was improved,evidenced by the results of anti-pollution experiments of membranes.
