摘 要:采用熔融退火技术制备了ZnO-Sb2O3-P2O5:Eu^3+荧光玻璃,采用不同的处理制度对荧光玻璃进行热处理,制备了ZnO-Sb2O3-P2O5:Eu^3+微晶玻璃。利用差热分析、X射线衍射(XRD)分析、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)以及荧光光谱等手段分析了微晶玻璃的晶相组成、显微结构以及热处理工艺对荧光性能的影响。结果表明,Eu^3+掺杂ZnO-Sb2O3-P2O5微晶玻璃,其激发光谱主要分布在350~550 nm,激发峰位于364、384、395、466、530 nm,主激发峰位于395 nm处;在395 nm激发下,发出红光,观测到其5个发射峰分别位于在578 nm(5D0→7F0)、592 nm(5D0→7F1)、614 nm(5D0→7F2)、654 nm(5D0→7F3)和702 nm(5D0→7F4);在所研究范围内,随着热处理温度的升高,Eu^3+在微晶玻璃样品中的发射峰强度先增大后减小,但均大于未热处理的微晶玻璃;在510℃下处理2 h制得的微晶玻璃发射强度最高。Eu^3+doped ZnO-Sb2O3-P2O5 glass-ceramics were prepared by melt annealing technique.The heat treatment process,microstructure,influences of heat treatment on fluorescence properties of glass-ceramics were investigated by differential thermal analysis,XRD,SEM and fluorescence spectroscopy.The results indicated that the excitation wavelengths of Eu^3+doped ZnO-Sb2O3-P2O5 glass-ceramics were mainly ranged from 350 to 550 nm,and the excitation peaks are located at 364,384,395,466 and 530 nm,respectively.The glass-ceramics could emit red light at 395 nm,the major excitation peak,showed five emission peaks centered at 578 nm(5D0→7F0),592 nm(5D0→7F1),614 nm(5D0→7F2),654 nm(5D0→7F3)and 702 nm(5D0→7F4).With the heat treatment temperature increasing,the emission peak strength of Eu^3+in the glass-ceramics increased at first and then decreased,but still larger than that in fluoresent glass without heat treatment.The glass-ceramics have the highest emission intensity treated at 510℃for 2 h.
