摘 要:为解决抚顺式炉页岩炼油高氨氮废水处理问题,结合现有生化系统,以氧化钙作为碱源采用内循环式筛板塔吹脱技术,进行了模拟处理高氨氮废水实验。实验结果表明:用筛板塔处理页岩炼油高氨氮废水的气液比为1100:1,反应温度50℃,pH为11条件下得到的废水中氨氮的去除率最高为97.2%。但考虑到降低药剂成本,结合污水处理厂生物法处理进水要求,确定该工艺的最佳工艺条件为气液比1100:1,反应温度50℃,pH9~9.5。In order to solve the problem of high ammonia-nitrogen wastewater treatment in Fushun type furnace shale oil refining,the simulated treatment of high ammonia-nitrogen wastewater was carried out.Combined with the existing biochemical system,calcium oxide was used as the alkali source,and the internal circulation sieve-plate tower tripping technology was adopted.The experimental results show that the removal rate of ammonia-nitrogen in shale oil refining wastewater was 97.2%under the conditions of the ratio of gas to liquid being 1100:1;the reaction temperature being 50℃ and the Ph value being 11.However,taking into account the requirements of reducing the cost of reagents and treating the influent with sewage treatment method,the optimum conditions of this process are determined as follows:the ratio of gas to liquid is 1100:1;the reaction temperature is 50℃ and the Ph value is 9-9.5.
