广东上半年经济运行特征研判

摘　　要：2020年上半年,广东经济呈现基本面较快修复、投资消费与进出口边际变化持续改善、运行指标二季度普遍好于一季度、农业建筑业主要指标由负转正、金融业营利性服务业和非营利性服务业持续支撑三产增长、影响增长的负面因素消除或减弱、韧性增长态势明显七个方面的特征。与全国其他地区特别是苏浙等东部省份进行比较,可以从宏观指标协调性、供给和需求三个方面解构疫情影响下上半年广东GDP下降的主要影响因素。预计下半年,广东经济将持续复苏并实现正增长。需要继续推进区域协同发展,突出抓好工业发展,引发消费需求,打通内外循环,增强财政、金融、税务、人才等调控力,实现广东经济持续稳定增长。In the first half of 2020,Guangdong’s economy showed rapid restoration of fundamentals,continued improvement in investment consumption and marginal changes in imports and exports,operating indicators in the second quarter were generally better than those in the first quarter,the main indicators of the agricultural construction industry changed from negative to positive,and the financial services industry The non-profit service industry continues to support the growth of the tertiary industry,the negative factors affecting growth are eliminated or weakened,and the resilient growth trend is evident in seven aspects.Compared with other parts of the country,especially eastern provinces such as Jiangsu and Zhejiang,the main factors affecting Guangdong's GDP decline in the first half of the year under the influence of the epidemic can be deconstructed from the three aspects of macroindex coordination,supply and demand.It is expected that Guangdong's economy will continue to recover and achieve positive growth in the second half of the year.It is necessary to continue to promote regional coordinated development,focus on industrial development,trigger consumer demand,open up internal and external cycles,strengthen fiscal,financial,taxation,and talent control,and achieve sustained and stable economic growth in Guangdong.
