摘　　要：患儿男,1个月17 d,发现右腰部肿物半个月余,增强CT提示右髂腰部腹壁软组织占位及左下肋骨内侧条片状软组织占位。病理:高倍镜下可见Touton巨细胞,免疫组织化学:CD68(+),S-100(-)。诊断:幼年型黄色肉芽肿。A boy aged one month and 17 days was admitted to hospital with a right waist mass for half a month.Contrast-enhanced CT showed an abnormal soft tissue mass in right abdomen wall and strip-like shadow of soft tissue density along the inner aspect of left lower rib.Touton giant cells were observed under high resolution microscopy.Immunohistochemical staining showed CD68(+),S-100(-).Diagnosis of juvenile xanthogranuloma was confirmed.
