中医“扶正祛邪”序贯疗法治疗复发性生殖器疱疹的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中医"扶正祛邪"序贯疗法治疗复发性生殖器疱疹的临床疗效。方法将60例复发性生殖器疱疹患者随机分为治疗组及两组对照组,治疗组采用中医"扶正祛邪"序贯疗法,在发作期口服龙胆泻肝颗粒剂7 d,恢复期服用知柏地黄丸28 d;对照Ⅰ组患者在发作期予以阿昔洛韦片服用7 d,恢复期服用知柏地黄丸28 d;对照Ⅱ组患者予以口服阿昔洛韦片7 d。比较以上3组患者治疗7 d的近期临床疗效及不良反应发生情况,并且电话随访12个月,比较各组患者的复发率观察其远期疗效。结果3组患者治疗7 d后,治疗组疗效优于其他两组(P<0.05),3组均无明显不良反应。用药35 d及随访12个月期间,治疗组复发率明显小于其他两组,远期疗效高于其他两组(P<0.05)。结论中医"扶正祛邪"序贯疗法治疗复发性生殖器疱疹的疗效确切,能有效减少复发频数,值得临床借鉴使用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of sequential treatment of"Fuzhengquxie"of traditional Chinese medicine on recurrent genital herpes(RGH).Methods Sixty patients with recurrent genital herpes were randomly divided into a treatment group and two control groups.The treatment group was treated with the traditional Chinese medicine"Fuzhengquxie"sequential therapy.Longdanxiegan granules were taken orally for 7 days during the attack period,and the patients were taken during the recovery period.Zhibaidihuang pills for 28 days;patients in control groupⅠwere given acyclovir tablets for 7 days during the onset period,and Zhibaidihuang pills for 28 days in recovery period;patients in control groupⅡwere given oral acyclovir tablets only for 7 days.The short-term clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the three groups were compared for 7 days,and the follow-up was conducted for 12 months by telephone.The recurrence rates of the patients in each group were compared to observe the long-term efficacy.Results After 7 days of treatment in the three groups,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the other two groups(P<0.05).There were no significant adverse reactions in the three groups.During the 35 days of medication and the follow-up period of 12 months,the recurrence rate in the treatment group was significantly lower than the other two groups,and the long-term efficacy was higher than the other two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine"Fuzhengquxie"sequential therapy is effective in treating RGH,and can effectively reduce the frequency of recurrence.It is worthy of clinical reference.
