皮肤镜在血管性皮肤病中的应用

摘　　要：血管性皮肤病是指来源于血管的各种皮肤疾病,包括良性和恶性血管肿瘤、血管畸形以及一些炎症性疾病。作为一种无创性工具,皮肤镜在血管性皮肤病的评估与观察中发挥着重要作用。血管性皮肤病在皮肤镜下常表现为各种形态的血管结构,如果能准确识别,将有利于提高诊断的准确性以及避免不必要的切除。至今为止,国内外对血管性皮肤病的皮肤镜下表现的相关综述仍较少。本篇综述通过分析近年来发表的相关文章,总结出多种血管性皮肤病的皮肤镜下特点。Vascular skin diseases manifested as a variety of skin diseases that originate from cutaneous vessels,including benign and malignant vascular tumors,malformations and some inflammatory diseases.As a noninvasive tool,dermoscopy plays a significant role in the evaluation and observation of vascular skin diseases.Vascular skin diseases are often characterized by various types of vascular structures on dermoscopy.If vascular structures can be correctly identified,it will improve the diagnostic accuracy of vascular lesions and avoid unnecessary excisions.So far,there are few reviews on the dermoscopic findings of vascular skin diseases in China and other countries.This review summarizes the dermoscopic characteristics of various vascular skin diseases by analyzing the relevant articles published in recent years.
