盐酸利托君联合硫酸镁治疗先兆流产的效果及安全性

摘　　要：目的探讨盐酸利托君联合硫酸镁治疗先兆流产的效果及安全性。方法选取2018年6月-2019年12月沈阳二四五医院收治的86例先兆流产孕妇,依据治疗方案的不同分为对照组和观察组各43例。对照组给予硫酸镁常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合使用盐酸利托君。观察并比较两组的治疗效果及药物不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率93%,高于对照组的73.3%,差异有统计学意义(x^2=5.460,P<0.05)。观察组宫缩消除和先兆流产症状消失时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。药物不良反应发生率观察组为16.3%,对照组为14.0%,差异无统计学意义(x^2=0.091,P>0.05)。结论盐酸利托君联合硫酸镁治疗先兆流产的效果优于单独使用硫酸镁,且未增加药物不良反应,具有较好临床应用价值。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and adverse drug reactions of ritodrine hydrochloride combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of threatened abortion.Methods A total of 86 pregnant women with threatened abortion admitted to Shenyang NO.245 Hospital from June 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional magnesium sulfate,and the observation group was treated with rtodrine hydrochloride combined with magnesium sulfate.The time of uterine contraction disappearance,symptom elimination,clinical efficiency and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The overall ffctive rate in the observation group was 93%,which was significantly higher than 73.3%of the control group(x^2=5.460,P<0.05).The time of uterine contraction disappearance and symptom elimination in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions in observation group was 16.3%,and the control group was 14.0%(x^2=0.091,P>0.05).Conclusion The application of ritodrine hydrochloride combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of threatened abortion is better than single use of magnesium sulfate,which dose not increase the adverse drug reactions and has a better clinical application value.
