桃仁膝康丸配合盐酸氨基葡萄糖治疗髌骨软骨软化症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察桃仁膝康丸配合盐酸氨基葡萄糖治疗髌骨软骨软化症的临床疗效。方法:将60例髌骨软骨软化症患者随机分为2组,对照组30例采用盐酸氨基葡萄糖治疗,观察组30例采用盐酸氨基葡萄糖配合桃仁膝康丸治疗;观察比较2组治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、肌围度、Q角、下蹲时膝前疼痛程度、膝关节功能评分量表(KSS)、膝关节屈曲度优良率等情况变化。结果:治疗后膝关节屈曲度优良率观察组为96.66%,对照组为73.33%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组疼痛VAS评分、肌围度、Q角均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05);且观察组疼痛VAS评分、肌围度、Q角明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗前、治疗1周膝前疼痛程度、KSS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗5周,观察组膝前疼痛评分明显低于对照组、KSS评分明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:桃仁膝康丸配合盐酸氨基葡萄糖治疗髌骨软骨软化症可有效缓解患者肢体疼痛,提高活动能力,增强膝关节肌肉张力,恢复膝关节功能,疗效优于单纯西药治疗。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Taoren Xikang pills combined with glucosamine hydrochloride for chondromalacia patella.Methods:A total of 60 cases of patients with chondromalacia patella were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was given glucosamine hydrochloride,and the observation group was additionally given Taoren Xikang pills based on the treatment of the control group.The scores of VAS,the circumferences of muscle,Q angle,the degree of pain in anterior knee during squatting,the knee society scores(KSS)as well as the excellent and good rate of knee flexion in the two groups were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the excellent and good rate of knee flexion was 96.66%in the observation group and 73.33%in the control group,the difference among the groups being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of VAS,the circumferences of muscle and Q angle in the two groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);the above indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).When compared the degree of pain in anterior knee and the KSS in the two groups before treatment with those on the 1 st week of treatment,there was no significance in the difference(P>0.05).On the 5 thweek of treatment,the score of pain in anterior knee in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the KSS was significantly higher than that in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Taoren Xikang pills combined with glucosamine hydrochloride in treating chondromalacia patella,can effectively alleviate the pain in limbs of patients,improve activity ability,strengthen muscular tension as well as recover the knee function,whose curative effect is better than that of simple western medicine.
