银菊痔疮洗剂坐浴配合中医护理在痔疮术后患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:观察银菊痔疮洗剂坐浴配合中医护理在痔疮术后患者中的应用效果。方法:选取行痔疮手术治疗的128例患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各64例。对照组术后给予常规护理联合高锰酸钾坐浴治疗,观察组术后给予银菊痔疮洗剂坐浴配合中医护理干预,2组均干预5 d。对比2组临床疗效及术后肛门疼痛时间、水肿消失时间、创面愈合时间、重建排便时间。结果:观察组总有效率95.31%,对照组总有效率68.75%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后肛门疼痛时间、水肿消失时间、创面愈合时间、重建排便时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:银菊痔疮洗剂坐浴配合中医护理可加速痔疮术后患者伤口恢复,缩短肛门疼痛时间,促进水肿吸收,协助重建排便。Objective:To observe the application effect of sitz bath with Yinju Zhichuang lotion combined with Chinese medicine nursing for patients after hemorrhoid surgery.Methods:A total of 128 cases of patients undergoing hemorrhoid surgery were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,64 cases in each group.After surgery,the control group was given routine nursing combined with sitz bath with potassium permanganate,and the observation group was given sitz bath with Yinju Zhichuang lotion combined with Chinese medicine nursing.Both groups were intervened for five days.The clinical effect,the pain time of anus,the disappearance time of edema,the healing time of wounds and reconstruction of defecation time after surgery in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 95.31%in the observation group and 68.75%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After surgery,the pain time of anus,the disappearance time of edema,the healing time of wounds and the reconstrution of defecation time after surgery in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of sitz bath with Yinju Zhichuang lotion combined with Chinese medicine nursing can accelerate the recovery of wounds in patients after hemorrhoid surgery,shorten the pain time of anus,promote the absorption of edema and assist the reconstruction of defecation.
