摘  要:风载荷是车载微波情报雷达承受的主要载荷,在雷达系统设计时必须考虑风载的影响。雷达工作时会不停地转动,同时承受着随时间变化的动态风载荷,内部会产生动应力,引起疲劳损伤。抗倾覆腿作为主要承力部件,是雷达高应力区域,设计时需考虑抗倾覆腿在风载作用下的疲劳强度。文中通过有限元仿真确定了抗倾覆腿在风载作用下的应力响应,按等比例设计加工了抗倾覆腿试验模型,通过疲劳试验确定了抗倾覆腿的疲劳寿命,为雷达系统设计提供了依据。The wind load is the main load of the microwave intelligence radar.The impact of wind load must be considered when the radar system is designed.When working,the radar keeps rotating and bears the dynamic wind load that changes with time,so dynamic stress generates within it,which causes fatigue damage.The anti-overturning legs of the vehicle-borne radar mainly bear the overturning moment caused by the wind load and belong to the dangerous parts of the vehicle-borne radar.The fatigue strength of the anti-overturning legs under wind load should be considered in the design.In this paper the stress response of anti-overturning legs under wind load is determined by finite element simulation.The anti-overturning leg test model is designed and processed according to the proportional design.The fatigue life of anti-overturning legs is determined by fatigue test,which provides a basis for the radar system design.
