摘  要:单值中智集作为中智集的一种子集,可以从三个层面全面的表达模糊和非一致信息。因此,针对评价信息为单值中智数且属性权重信息完全未知的多属性决策问题,构建了基于单值中智信息相似度的区块链选择模型。在该模型建立过程中,首先引入了单值中智相似度的定义,并运用余弦函数,建立了一种相似度公式用于度量单值中智数之间的相似性;然后,基于自相似度最小化的最优化模型构建一种单值中智多属性决策模型;最后,通过区块链的选择决策实例,验证构建的模型的合理性和有效性。Single-valued neutrosophic sets(SVNS),a subclass of neutrosophic sets,can be used to represent uncertainty and inconsistent information that exists in real-world situations.With respect to single-valued neutrosophic multi-attribute decision making(MADM)problem,in which the attribute weights are completely unknown,a selection model of blockchain is investigated based on single-valued neutrosophic information similarity measure.In the process of establishing model,the concept of single-valued neutrosophic similarity measure is first presented,and a formula is designed to measure the similarity between SVNVs with cosine function.Then,based on the optimization model with minimization of self-similarity,a MADM model is designed under the single-valued neutrosophic information environment.Finally,the proposed model is applied to blockchain selection problems to certify its rationality and effectiveness.
