摘 要:基于当前清水压裂存在裂隙闭合和“水锁”现象问题,分析了水力加砂压裂造缝机理,开发水力加砂压裂关键装备,形成了水力加砂压裂工艺,并首次在松藻煤矿-225水平主石门进行实际工程应用,验证了水力加砂压裂技术的有效性和可靠性。结果表明:①双泵并联大流量加砂压裂的影响范围可达70 m;②煤层进行水力加砂压裂后的抽采纯量较清水压裂时提高7~22倍,抽采浓度较清水压裂时提高了70%以上,加砂压裂效果显著;③水力加砂压裂时压裂砂对裂隙起支撑作用,保证了裂隙不再闭合,从而增加了煤层透气性,提高了瓦斯抽采率。Based on the problems of fracture closure and"water lock"in the current clear water fracturing,the mechanism of hydraulic sand fracturing is analyzed,the key equipment of hydraulic sand fracturing is developed and integrated,forming the hydraulic sand fracturing process,and the effectiveness and reliability of hydraulic sand fracturing technology are verified by the first practical engineering application in the main crosscut of Songzao Coal mine-225 level.The results show that:(1)The influence range of double pump parallel large flow sand fracturing is 70m.(2)After hydraulic sand fracturing,the extraction purity of coal seam is 7~22 times higher than that of water fracturing,and the extraction concentration is more than 70%higher than that of water fracturing.The effect of sand fracturing is significant.(3)During hydraulic sand fracturing,the fractured sand plays a supporting role in the fracture,ensuring that the fracture will not be closed,thus increasing the permeability of the coal seam and improving the gas extraction rate.
