摘　　要：中医在治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎(corona virus disease 2019,COVID-19)中具有优势的4个方面:①对因治疗:基于临床所见的主要矛盾,总结病因,指导治疗,根据患者的具体情况,或祛风,或散寒,或除湿,或清热,或多法并行,从而达到消除病因、缓解症状、治疗疾病的作用;②对症治疗:中医药可以快速减轻患者不适症状,对"症"治疗的药物往往兼有对"证"治疗的作用,故对症治疗不仅可使症状缓解,也有利于全身状态的调整;③截断病程:临床可以参考流行病学及病理学结果对COVID-19病程的描述,采用相应中医的截断治疗,还可以参考中医经典记载选择截断病程的治疗方法;④治病不伤正,降低药物不良反应:中药在发挥治疗效果的同时,通过炮制、配伍及用药后调护等方式降低药物的不良反应。TCM has four advantages in the treatment of corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19):① Treatment of the cause:Based on the main contradictions seen in the clinic,summarizing the cause and guiding the treatment,according to the specific situation of the patient,medicine functioning in dispelling Wind,or dispersing Cold,or dehumidify,or clearing Heat can be used flexibly,so as to achieve the effect of eliminating the cause,alleviating the symptoms,and treating the disease;② symptomatic treatment:Chinese medicine can quickly reduce the patients′ discomfort symptoms, "symptom" treatment drugs often have the effect of "syndrome" treatment,so symptomatic treatment can not only relieve symptoms,but also help to adjust the state of the system;③ truncation of the course of disease:clinical can refer to epidemiological and pathological results for COVID-19.The description of the course of disease,using the corresponding treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,you can also refer to the classic records of traditional Chinese medicine to choose the treatment method of cutting the course of disease;④ the treatment does not hurt the Zheng Qi and it can reduce the adverse drug reactions:While the traditional Chinese medicine exerts the therapeutic effect,the adverse drug reactions can be reduced with processing,compatibility and post-medication nursing.
