摘　　要：晋唐时期,多数医家认为痰厥头痛是因胸膈蓄有痰水,复感于寒,气逆而发病,病性属实,治以攻邪为法,病位在胸膈,故以涌吐为法。元明以降,易水学派首倡"太阴脾病"之说,认为痰厥头痛其本为虚,其标为实。其后又根据痰的性质分为风痰、湿痰、寒痰、肾虚水泛之痰。痰的生成本于脾肾之虚,达于巅顶之上又源于气逆,气逆即厥也,故以健脾化痰,降逆熄风为法。During the Jin and Tang dynasties,it was believed that phlegm headache wwas caused by Phlegm in the chest diaphragm,which was complicated by Cold and Qi relapse.The disease was excessive one and the treatment should be attacking the evil.Since the location of the disease is in the chest diaphragm,vomiting should be used in treatment.Since the Yuan and Ming dynasties,the Yishui School first advocated the theory of"Taiyin Spleen disease",and it was believed that Phlegm headache is originally deficiency syndrome with excessiveness as the symptom.Later,according to the nature of phlegm,it was divided into Wind Phlegm,Dampness Phlegm,Cold Phlegm and Kidney deficiency induced Water raising Phlegm.The production of Phlegm originates from the deficiency of the Spleen and Kidney,and it comes from the top of head just because of the Qi reverse.Therefore,tonifying Spleen to resolve Phlegm and descending the reversed Qi movement to stop Wind should be the proper treatment of Phlegm headache.
