摘　　要：应用解毒法治疗急性冠脉综合征在临床上取得了较好的疗效,但同时也存在一些不足。目前临床还是以益气活血为基本治疗,运用解毒药物治疗急性冠脉综合征临床数据样本较少,中医证候类型地域集中较为明显,还需进一步扩大样本数量;其次,解毒药物不只有解毒功效,目前关于解毒药的应用仅局限于常规的几味中药,对于多数解毒中药还缺乏相关作用机制的实验探讨,今后的研究应结合临床和实验研究同步进行;最后由于急性冠脉综合征属于急危重症,还需要广大临床医生更全面更深入地探求运用解毒方药干预急性冠脉综合征的预防治疗措施,力求为患者提供最准确的临床治疗方案。The application of detoxification in treatment of acute coronary syndrome has achieved good clinical effects,but it also has some deficiencies.At present,Yi Qi Huo Xue is still the basic treatment in the clinic.The clinical data of antidote drugs for ACS is relatively small.The geographical concentration of TCM syndromes is more obvious,and the number of samples needs to be further expanded.Secondly,antidote drugs not only have detoxification effects.The application of antidote is limited to a few traditional Chinese medicines.For the majority of detoxified Chinese medicines,there is still a lack of experimental research on the mechanism of action.Future research should be combined with clinical and experimental research;finally,because ACS is an acute and critical illness,it needs a large number of Clinicians have explored the prevention and treatment of acute coronary syndrome with detoxification methods more comprehensively and in-depth,and strive to provide patients with the most accurate clinical treatment plan.
