徐陆周温清并用治疗感染后肠易激综合征

摘　　要：感染后肠易激综合征以脾虚为本,因胃肠道感染而受湿热之邪,脾虚及肾表现为肠道持续性低度炎症,发为"泄"之腹泻时作。每遇郁怒、饮冷、感寒,因感受风邪或因肝郁而诱发加重,发为"泻"之泻下如注。病久可表现为肾虚之下利清谷、黎明作泻。其中脾虚为发病之本,湿邪为发病之关键,病性寒热错杂,本虚标实,病位在脾和大肠,涉及肝肾。治疗上重于扶脾,兼清湿热,疏肝调脾,温肾助阳,治以温清并用,寒热同调,标本兼治。After infection,irritable bowel syndrome is based on Spleen deficiency,which is affected by Damp and Heat Evils due to gastrointestinal infection.The manifestation of Spleen and Kidney deficiency is the persistent low-grade inflammation of the intestine,with diarrhea now and then.Anger,Cold food and drink,catching cold,Wind Evil or Liver Qi stagnation would make the diarrhea more seriously.For a long time,the disease would develop to the case of diarrhea with undigested food in the stool or daily early-morning diarrhea.The root cause of that is Spleen deficiency and the key Evil factor is Dampness Evil.The nature of the disease is mixed Heat and Cold as well as deficiency within and excessiveness without.The location of the disease is in Spleen and Large intestine,with Liver and Kidney getting involved.In treatment,tonifying Spleen combined with clearing Dampness and Heat,as well as regulating the relationship between Liver and Spleen,and warming Kidney Yang.In a word,methods of warming Yang and clearing Heart are used at the same time to achieve the balance of cold and heat so as to cure the disease in a whole.
