摘 要:目的:调查分析中药饮片的质量以及不同产地之间质量的差异性。方法:收集43种中药饮片,检验杂质、水分、总灰分、SO2残留量、浸出物、含量测定等。统计分析中药饮片质量的合格率和不同产地之间的差异率。结果:中药饮片杂质、水分、总灰分、SO2残留量、浸出物、含量测定的合格率分别为96.63%(86/89)、97.70%(85/87)、93.65%(59/63)、96.47%(82/85)、90.38%(47/52)和94.38%(84/89);不同产地之间中药饮片差异率分别为30.23%(13/43)、30.95%(13/42)、33.33%(10/30)、24.39%(10/41)、12.00%(3/25)和9.30%(4/43)。结论:中药饮片的质量较好,不同产地之间的质量存在差异性。Objective:To investigate and analyze the quality of TCM medicinal slices and the quality differences between different places of origin.Method:Collect 43 kinds of TCM medicinal slices;examine impurities,moisture,total ash,residual SO2,extract,content determination,etc.Statistical analysis of the qualified rate of the quality of TCM medicinal slices and the difference rate between different places of origin were made.Results:The pass rates of determination of impurities,moisture,total ash,residual SO2,leachate and content of Chinese herbal medicine pieces were 96.63%(86/89),97.70%(85/87),93.65%(59/63),96.47%(82/85),90.38%(47/52)and 94.38%(84/89);the difference rates of Chinese herbal medicine slices between different origins were 30.23%(13/43),30.95%(13/42),33.33%(10/30),24.39%(10/41),12.00%(3/25)and 9.30%(4/43).Conclusion:The quality of TCM medicinal slices is good,and there are differences in the quality of different origins.
