摘　　要：目的:观察补髓生血颗粒治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血(chronic aplastic anemia,CAA)患者的临床疗效、中医证候积分、血细胞计数及CD4^+CD25^+Treg水平的变化。方法:将60例CAA患者随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例)。对照组给予环孢素、司坦唑醇,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予补髓生血颗粒。两组患者治疗6个月后,观察CAA患者的临床疗效、中医症状改善程度,检测外周血白细胞(white blood cell,WBC)计数、血红蛋白(hemoglobin,Hb)、血小板(platelet,PLT)计数及CD4^+CD25^+Treg水平。结果:治疗组有效率为83.33%,对照组为有效率73.33%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组CAA患者中医证候积分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组CAA患者的血细胞计数明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组CAA患者的CD4^+CD25^+Treg水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补髓生血颗粒治疗CAA临床疗效确切,能够改善患者的中医症状、提高血细胞计数、升高CD4^+CD25^+Treg细胞的比例。Objective:To observe the changes of clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,blood cell count and CD4^+CD25^+Treg levels of Bushen Shengxue Granule in the treatment of patients with chronic aplastic anemia(CAA).Methods:60 CAA patients were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The control group was given cyclosporine and stanozolol,and the treatment group was given Buxue Shengxue granules based on the treatment of the control group.After 6 months of treatment,the two groups of patients were observed for the clinical efficacy of CAA patients,the degree of improvement of Chinese medicine symptoms,the detection of white blood cell(WBC)count,hemoglobin(Hb),platelet(PLT)count and CD4^+CD25^+Treg level.Results:The effective rate in the treatment group was 83.33%,and the effective rate in the control group was 73.33%.There was a statistically significant difference between the effective rates of the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of CAA patients in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the blood cell count of the CAA patients in the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The CD4^+CD25^+Treg levels of CAA patients in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Bushen Shengxue Granule on CAA is definite,which can improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,increase the blood cell count,and increase the proportion of CD4^+CD25^+Treg cells.
