高建忠运用麻附蝉葶方治疗过敏性鼻炎用药规律

摘　　要：目的:分析高建忠老师运用麻附蝉葶方治疗过敏性鼻炎的用药规律。方法:收集高建忠老师门诊用麻附蝉葶方治疗过敏性鼻炎且复诊有效的患者38例,基于形式概念分析理论,建立形式背景,生成属性偏序结构图,分析过敏性鼻炎的常见症状及与之对应的临床用药规律。结果:观察属性偏序结构图发现,过敏性鼻炎常见症状有鼻塞、清涕、喷嚏、目痒等症状。治疗过敏性鼻炎常用的主方是麻附蝉葶方加减,治疗时还常在方中加辛夷、鱼腥草、地肤子、炒蒺藜。结论:高建忠老师用麻附蝉葶方治疗过敏性鼻炎效如桴鼓,能有效提高患者的生活质量,减轻患者痛苦,其用药规律是以具有通阳化饮、调畅气机、固护脾胃的药物为主。Objective:To analyze Gao Jianzhong′s medication rules in application of Ma Fu Chan Ting Prescription in treating allergic rhinitis.Methods:Gao Jianzhong′s outpatient 38 patients with allergic rhinitis treated with Ma Fu Chan Ting Prescription and effective follow-up were collected.Based on the formal concept analysis theory,the formal background was established,and the attribute partial order structure diagram was generated to analyze the common symptoms of allergic rhinitis and the corresponding clinical medication rules.Results:By observing the partial order structure diagram of the attributes,it is found that the common symptoms of allergic rhinitis include symptoms such as nasal obstruction,nasal discharge,sneezing,and itchy eyes.The main prescription commonly used for the treatment of allergic rhinitis is modyfied Ma Fu Chan Ting Prescription.In the treatment,it is often added with Xinyi(Flos Magnoliae),Yuxingcao(Houttuynia cordata),Difuzi(Fructus Kochiae)and Fried Jili(Fructus Tribuli).Conclusion:Gao Jianzhong′s treatment of allergic rhinitis with Fu Chan Ting Prescription has good effect,which can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the pain of patients,and its medication rule is mainly using medicine with the function of Tongyang Huayin,regulationg qi movement,and strengthening spleen and stomach.
