摘　　要：搪瓷作为一种金属与无机非金属玻璃的复合材料,应用领域越来越宽广。新的搪瓷企业不断涌现,越来越多的人员加入到搪瓷领域,因此有必要加强对搪瓷领域新兵的安全教育。根据国家有关工业劳动安全、卫生工作的方针、政策和法规,为加强搪瓷工业安全、卫生的科学管理,改善劳动条件,保障劳动者在生产过程中的安全健康,保护国家和人民财产免遭损失,有必要制定搪瓷工业安全技术规程。As a kind of composite functional material of metal and inorganic glass,enamel has been widely used.With the emergence of new enamel enterprises,more and more people join the enamel field.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the safety education for the recruits in the enamel field.According to the national guidelines,policies and regulations on industrial labor safety and health,it is necessary to formulate technical safety regulations for enamel industry in order to strengthen the scientific management of safety and health in enamel industry,improve working conditions,ensure the safety and health of workers in the production process,and protect the state and people’s property from loss.
