摘  要:目的对阴道分泌物同时进行阴道微生态评价系统、Amsel标准和Nugent标准分类法的检测与统计学分析,探讨阴道微生态评价系统在细菌性阴道病诊断中的应用价值。方法 239例符合条件的患者,按妇科常规取阴道分泌物,在相同实验条件下,由同一观察者按Amsel诊断标准,Nugent诊断标准及阴道微生态评价系统进行检测。结果阴道微生态评价系统诊断阳性率为29.29%,明显优于Amsel诊断的23.43%与Nugent诊断的24.27%,两组差异有统计学意义(P <0.05,P <0.01)。结论阴道微生态评价系统简便易行,检测成本低,即使在普通实验室也可开展,其最大的优点在于评价指标完备,对BV这一多微生物病进行了准确而全面的诊断,为临床治疗提供了充足的证据。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic effect of vaginal micro-ecological evaluation system on bacterial vaginosis by using three detections: the vaginal microecological evaluation system,Amsel standard and Nugent standard classification. Methods 239 vaginal secretion samples within the inclusion criteria were detected by the same operator under the same experimental conditions,using the Amsel standard,Nugent standard and Vaginal micro-ecological evaluation system respectively. Results The overall positive rate was 29.29% using vaginal micro-ecological evaluation system,23.43% using Amsel standard and 24.27% using Nugent standard, showing statistically difference(P < 0.05, P < 0.01), respectively. The validity, reliability and predictive value of vaginal micro-ecological evaluation system were better than those using the other two standards. Conclusion Compared with Amsel standard and Nugent standard, vaginal micro-ecological evaluation system is facile. The detection cost is low and can be carried out even in ordinary laboratories. Its biggest advantage lies in the completeness of evaluation indexes. Providing a precise and comprehensive evaluation, it is a more effective method to diagnose Bacterial Vaginosis.
