摘　　要：目的了解成都市某院腹腔镜Miles术后男性患者性功能状况的影响因素,为改善患者性功能状况,提高其生命质量提供参考意见。方法采用国际勃起功能量表、Olson婚姻质量量表、MCMQ量表并结合自制问卷量表,对2018年1月至2019年9月期在成都市某医院行腹腔镜Miles术后的男性患者进行测评。结果腹腔镜Miles术后男性患者性功能状况线性相关分析发现性功能状况与婚姻质量(r=0.468,P<0.001)、性功能状况与面对应对(r=0.530,P<0.001)呈正相关,性功能状况与屈服应对(r=-0.875,P<0.001)呈负相关,而性功能状况与回避应对无直线相关(r=0.033,P=0.671)。结论多因素分析发现屈服应对、网络持续干预模式、面对应对是腹腔镜Miles术后男性患者性功能状况的影响因素。采用网络持续干预、引导患者积极面对自身疾病、改变屈服应对疾病的状态等方式,可以改善腹腔镜Miles术后男性患者性功能状况,针对腹腔镜Miles术后男性患者的心理状况的特点制定干预策略,是改善对患者的性功能状况,提高其生活质量的重要途径。Objective To study the influencing factors of sexual function in male patients after laparoscopic Miles operation in a hospital of Chengdu and to provide reference for improvement of the sexual function of patients and their quality of life. Methods We assessed male patients who had undergone laparoscopic Miles in the hospital between January 2018 and September 2019 by IIEF, Olson, MCMQ and self-made questionnaire. Results There were positive correlations between sexual function and marital quality(r = 0.468,P<0.001), and sexual function and coping strategies(r = 0.530,P<0.001). Sexual function was negatively correlated with yielding response(r =-0.875, P <0.001). There was no linear correlation between sexual functional status and avoidance coping(r = 0.033, P = 0.671). Conclusion Multi-factor analysis showed that yielding response,continuous online intervention, coping management etc. in male patients were influencing factors for sexual function in male patients after laparoscopic Miles surgery. It is significant to improve the sexual function of the patients by using online intervention and helping them to cope with the problem and face their own diseases positively. These methods can improve the sexual function of male patients after laparoscopic Miles surgery. The development of intervention strategies based on the psychological characteristics of male patients after laparoscopic Miles surgery is an important way to improve the sexual function of patients and improve their quality of life.
