摘  要:目的探讨疫情期间基于思维导图结合微课的互联网+教育在影像专业理论课教学中的应用。方法将医学影像专业学生随机分为A组(53人),B组(54人),A组采用传统PPT互联网+线上授课,B组采用基于微课结合思维导图的互联网授课授课方法,课后测试包括客观测试、主观测试及学生满意度问卷调查,采用t检验两组各指标测试结果进行比较。结果 B组客观测试的形成性考核(93.45±3.36)分,理论考核(95.76±2.13)分及总成绩(94.43±4.30)分;主观测试中的读片能力(34.82±2.91)分,岗位胜任力(27.64±2.08)分,均优于A组(P<0.05)。B组学生对课程形式(4.87±1.12)分,课程内容(4.94±1.32)分及提高岗位胜任力(4.53±1.38)分,满意度得分均高于A组(P<0.05)。结论基于思维导图结合微课的互联网+在线教育在影像专业理论课教学中能够帮助学生建立完整的知识体系,提高医学影像专业学生自主学习能力,提高岗位胜任力。Objective To discuss the application of Internet+ education: Combing the mind mapping and microlecture in theoretical teaching of medical imaging during the pandemic. Methods Medical Imaging students were randomly divided into group A(53 students) and group B(54). Group A adopted traditional PPT Internet+ online teaching, and group B adopted the Internet teaching method based on micro-class and mind mapping. After-class tests included objective test,subjective test and a student satisfaction questionnaire survey. Analysis of variance was used to compare the test results of each indicators in the two groups. Results The score of group B was better than group A in formative examination(93.45±3.36),theoretical examination(95.76±2.13), total score(94.43±4.30),film reading ability(34.82±2.91) and post competence(27.64±2.08) in subjective test(P< 0.05). The satisfaction of group B students on the course format(4.87±1.12),course contents(4.94±1.32)and job competency improvement(4.53±1.38) were higher than those in group A(P < 0.05). Conclusion Internet+ online education based on the combination of mind mapping and micro-class can help students build a complete knowledge system and improve the autonomous learning ability and job competency in Medical Imaging course students in the theoretical course teaching of Imaging course.
