摘 要:目的探讨逆向思维结合PACS系统这种教学法在超声诊断学实习教学中的应用价值。方法选取2019年3—2019年10月在滨州医学院附属医院超声科实习的60名医学影像学专业五年制本科生,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30名。观察组采取逆向思维结合PACS系统教学法进行临床带教;对照组采取传统教学方法进行临床带教,比较两组学生平时考试成绩以及期末考试成绩。结果观察组平时考试成绩及期末考试成绩均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论逆向思维结合PACS系统教学法这种教学模式有助于提高医学影像学专业本科学生的临床分析能力及理论知识的掌握,且教学效果好。Objective To explore the application value of PACS combined with reverse thinking teaching method in interning teaching of ultrasound. Methods From March to October 2019, 60 5-year undergraduates majoring in medical imaging who were practicing in the ultrasound department of Binzhou Medical University Hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 students in each group. In the observation group, PACS combined with reverse thinking teaching method were used for clinical teaching, while in the control group, the traditional teaching method was used, the scores of ordinary examinations and final examinations were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of ordinary examinations and final examinations in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of PACS and reverse thinking teaching mode is helpful to improve the clinical thinking ability and theoretical knowledge in medical imaging undergraduate, and the teaching effect is good.
