心理危机干预用于器官捐献协调领域的可行性

摘　　要：近年来,在器官捐献工作获得快速发展的情形下,人们针对器官捐献的了解程度呈现出一定程度的提升。当前对中国器官移植供体关键来源渠道进行分析,主要集中于逝世公民方面。并且对公民器官捐献医院的系列影响进行分析,主要集中于相关知识认同度以及认知度、宗教信仰以及传统风俗、法律法规以及政策构建、社会支持力度以及主流价值观、政府公信力等方面。对于器官捐献而言,不但涉及医学、管理以及伦理方面系列问题,而且同身体部分以及整体、个人以及家庭、生命赠予以及回馈、死亡生物性以及文化性、器官分配以及公平性等均存在显著相关性。对此,中国器官捐献工作在开展期间,需要对国际相关经验进行借鉴,禁止完全照搬现象出现,需要对中国文化以及国情进行反思以及充分结合,从而合理完成器官捐献体系的构建,对于中国文化以及国情可以充分符合。本次研究主要针对器官捐献表现出的文化敏感性情况进行分析,并且探讨在缓解文化敏感性方面心理危机干预的应用可行性。In recent years, with the rapid development of organ donation, people’s understanding of organ donation has improved to some extent. The current analysis of the key sources and channels of Chinese organ transplant donors focuses on the deceased citizens. In addition, the series of influences of citizen organ donation hospitals are analyzed, mainly focusing on the knowledge recognition and recognition, religious belief and traditional customs, laws, regulations and policy construction, social support, mainstream values, government credibility and other aspects. For organ donation, it not only involves a series of medical, management and ethical issues, but also has significant correlation with body parts and the whole, individuals and families, life giving and feedback, biological and cultural characteristics of death, organ distribution and equity. In this regard, during the development of China’s organ donation work, only relevant international experience should be used for reference, and it is forbidden to completely copy the phenomenon. It is necessary to reflect on and fully integrate Chinese culture and national conditions, so as to reasonably complete the construction of organ donation system, which can fully conform to Chinese culture and national conditions. This study mainly analyzes the cultural sensitivity of organ donation and discusses the feasibility of psychological crisis intervention in alleviating cultural sensitivity.
