病毒性肝炎诊断中相关常规生化检验的应用

摘　　要：目的分析病毒性肝炎诊断中相关常规生化检验的应用价值。方法选取本院收治的病毒性肝炎患者41例作为观察组,选取同期健康体检者41例作为对照组,全部患者均行血常规和生化指标检验,比较两组的检验结果。结果观察组中性粒细胞(54.72±11.35)%、白细胞(WBC)(5.09±1.54)×10^9/L、血小板计数(PLT)(102.31±60.49)×10^9/L低于对照组的(67.42±4.91)%、(7.03±1.16)×10^9/L(、173.81±35.23)×10^9/L,淋巴细胞(39.47±8.09)%高于对照组的(30.25±5.03)%(P <0.05);观察组白蛋白(ALB)(30.71±6.38)g/L、白蛋白与球蛋白比值(A/G)(1.03±0.22)低于对照组的(45.46±7.23)g/L、(1.69±0.34),谷丙转氨酶(ALT)(34.57±6.12)U/L、总胆红素(TBIL)(25.68±9.05)μmol/L高于对照组的(30.82±5.89)U/L、(14.62±6.09)μmol/L(P <0.05)。结论应用常规生化指标检验可为医师诊断病毒性肝炎患者提供参照,具有重要的应用价值。Objective To analyze the application value of routine biochemical test indicators in the diagnosis of viral hepatitis. Methods 41 patients with viral hepatitis admitted to our hospital were enrolled as the observation group. Forty-one healthy subjects were selected as the control group. All patients underwent blood routine and biochemical tests. The results of the two groups were compared. Results The neutrophils(54.72±11.35)%, white blood cells(WBC)(5.09±1.54)×10^9/L, and platelet count(PLT)(102.31±60.49)×10^9/L were lower in the observation group than in the control group(67.42±4.91)%,(7.03±1.16)×10^9/L,(173.81±35.23)×10^9/L, lymphocytes(39.47±8.09)% were higher than the control group(30.25±5.03)%(P < 0.05);The observation group albumin(ALB)(30.71±6.38) g/L, albumin to globulin ratio(A/G)(1.03±0.22) was lower than that of the control group(45.46±7.23) g/L,(1.69±0.34), alanine aminotransferase(ALT)(34.57±6.12) U/L, total bilirubin(TBIL)(25.68±9.05) μmol/L higher than the control group(30.82±5.89) U/L,(14.62±6.09)) μmol/L(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of routine biochemical indicators can provide a reference for physicians to diagnose patients with viral hepatitis, and has important application value.
