B超检查在妇科急腹症中的应用探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨B超检查在妇科急腹症中的应用。方法随机选取2017年8月—2019年8月医院妇科急腹症患者352例,均依次接受腹部B超检查、阴道B超检查、病理学检查。结果腹部B超检查联合阴道B超检查诊断妇科急腹症的确诊率显著高于腹部B超检查、阴道B超检查(P <0.05),误诊率显著低于腹部B超检查、阴道B超检查(P<0.05),而阴道B超检查诊断妇科急腹症的确诊率又显著高于腹部B超检查(P <0.05),误诊率又均显著低于腹部B超检查(P <0.05);腹部B超检查的漏诊率显著高于阴道B超检查、腹部B超检查联合阴道B超检查(P <0.05),但阴道B超检查、腹部B超检查联合阴道B超检查的漏诊率之间的差异不显著(P> 0.05)。结论腹部B超检查、阴道B超检查联合诊断妇科急腹症中的准确性较单独检查高,而阴道B超检查的准确性又高于腹部B超检查。Objective To explore the application of B-mode ultrasonography in gynecological acute abdomen. Methods From August 2017 to August 2019, 352 patients with gynecological acute abdomen were randomly selected. They were examined by abdominal B-mode ultrasound, vaginal B-mode ultrasound and pathological examination in turn. Results The diagnostic rate of abdominal B-ultrasound combined with vaginal B-ultrasound in the diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen was significantly higher than that of abdominal B-ultrasound and vaginal B-ultrasound(P < 0.05), and the misdiagnosis rate was significantly lower than that of abdominal B-ultrasound and vaginal B-ultrasound(P < 0.05),and the diagnostic rate of vaginal B-ultrasound was significantly higher than that of abdominal B-ultrasound(P < 0.05), and the misdiagnosis rate was significantly lower than that of abdominal B-ultrasound(P < 0.05) The missed diagnosis rate of abdominal B-ultrasound was significantly higher than that of vaginal B-ultrasound, abdominal B-ultrasound combined with vaginal B-ultrasound(P < 0.05), but there was no significant difference between the missed diagnosis rate of vaginal B-ultrasound, abdominal B-ultrasound combined with vaginal B-ultrasound(P > 0.05). Conclusion The accuracy of abdominal B-ultrasonography combined with vaginal B-ultrasonography in the diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen is higher than that of single examination, and the accuracy of vaginal B-ultrasonography is higher than that of abdominal B-ultrasonography.
