摘　　要：目的分析依达拉奉联合血液净化治疗ARDS的疗效。方法选择医院2017年11月—2019年4月收治的76例ARDS患者作为本次研究的对象,奇偶数法随机分为试验组与参照组。参照组患者接受血液净化治疗,试验组患者采用依达拉奉+血液净化治疗。治疗后,比较两组患者APACHEⅡ评分与治疗总有效率。结果治疗前,两组患者APACHEⅡ评分不具有统计学意义(P> 0.05)。治疗后,试验组患者APACHEⅡ评分明显低于对照组,试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,以上差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论采用依达拉奉联合血液净化治疗ARDS具有显著效果,可以明显改善患者的生理功能与健康状况,提高治疗效果,具有较高的应用价值。Objective To analyze the efficacy of edaravone combined with blood purification in the treatment of ARDS. Methods 76 patients with ARDS admitted to the hospital from November 2017 to April 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study, and the odd-even method was randomly divided into the test group and the reference group. The patients in the reference group received blood purification treatment, and the patients in the test group received edaravone + blood purification treatment. After treatment, the APACHE Ⅱ score of the two groups was compared with the total effective rate of treatment. Results Before treatment, the APACHE, scores of the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05). After treatment, the APACHE Ⅱ score of the test group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the total effective rate of treatment in the test group was higher than that of the control group, and the above differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of ARDS with edaravone combined with blood purification has a significant effect, which can significantly improve the patient’s physiological function and health status, improve the treatment effect, and has a high application value.
