摘  要:目的:建立兔耳廓复合组织瓣游离移植动物模型,以便后续研究,为临床上耳廓复合组织瓣的应用提供相关参考。方法:选取质量2.5~2.8 kg新西兰大耳白兔20只,由南京鼓楼医院动物实验中心提供。在其背部设计软组织缺损创面2.0 cm×2.0 cm,全层切取耳缘近耳根处同等大小组织,形成背侧皮肤-软骨-腹侧皮肤三层结构耳廓复合组织瓣。适当修剪组织瓣腹侧皮肤及软骨,残余的腹侧皮肤予无菌贴膜覆盖。将组织瓣背侧皮肤作为被盖,游离移植至背部创面,打包固定。结果:所有实验动物无意外死亡,兔耳廓复合组织瓣均成功游离移植,且形态稳定。取材可解剖出软骨及贴膜。结论:利用新西兰大耳白兔可成功建立耳廓复合组织瓣游离移植模型,且该模型易于建立,操作简单,成功率高。Objective To establish an animal model of the free auricular composite graft in rabbits for further study,and provide relative reference for the application of the composite graft in clinic.Methods Twenty healthy New Zealand rabbits obtained from the Animal Experimental Center of Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital,weighing 2.5-2.8 kg,were chosen.Two 2.0 cm×2.0 cm sized wounds were made on the back.Then,the composite graft near the root of the auricle was harvested and trimmed as follows:the dorsal skin was kept complete;the ventral skin and the cartilage were cut appropriately.A sterile sticker was put on the residual ventral skin.The dorsal skin was designed as cover;the graft was finally transplanted to the wound and fixed by packaging.Results No rabbit died unexpectedly,and all grafts were successfully transplanted and were stable in shape.The cartilage and sticker were separated from specimens.Conclusion The animal model of free auricular composite graft in rabbits is successfully built,and easy to operate with a high probability of success.
