改良式外耳道冲洗器的临床价值研究

摘　　要：目的探讨改良外耳道耵聍冲洗方式的临床应用效果。方法选择2018年10月—2019年10月本院治疗的双耳外耳道耵聍栓塞患者作为研究对象,共有360例720人次行外耳道耵聍冲洗,采用自身对照法,右耳进行改良的外耳道冲洗法,作为治疗组。左耳进行传统的外耳道冲洗法对照组,比较两组不良反应、冲洗次数、冲洗时的心理反应及冲洗成功率等分析。结果采用改良的治疗组,能减少不良反应,简化冲洗次数及提高效率,减轻紧张恐惧心理,增加舒适感,使患者满意,尤其对患儿的使用安全性高,并提高冲洗畸形、狭窄等异常外耳道耵聍的成功率。临床价值明显优于传统的对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用改良外耳道冲洗方式能减少外耳道冲洗时的不良反应,提高冲洗的成功率,增加患者的依从性,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of improved external auditory canal irrigator.Methods A total of 360 cases of patients with ketatosis obturans in both side external auditory canals those treated in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were enrolled as study subjects. 720 people-time of the 360 patients received were external auditory canal irrigation. The two ears were divided into the improved treatment group and the traditional control group by self-control method, and the right ears were irrigated by improved external auditory canal irrigator and the left ears were irrigated by traditional external auditory canal irrigation. The adverse reactions, washing times, psychological reaction during washing and the success rate of washing were compared.Results The improved treatment group could reduce adverse reactions, simplify the times of irrigation and improve efficiency, reduce tension and fear, increase comfort, and make patients satisfied, especially its high safety for children, and improve the success rate of irrigation of abnormal and narrow external auditory canal. The clinical value was significantly better than the traditional control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusions The improved external auditory canal irrigation method could reduce the adverse reactions during external auditory canal irrigation, improve the success rate of irrigation, and increase the compliance of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
