摘 要:目的分析微信公众平台在宫颈癌患者护理工作中的应用效果。方法利用微信公众平台对2018年12月—2019年12月入住本院的100例宫颈癌患者进行辅助护理健康教育宣教。采用随机数表法将患者分为观察组和对照组两组,每组各50例。对照组采用常规护理模式进行护理健康知识宣教,观察组在对照组基础上应用微信公众平台进行辅助健康宣教。比较两组患者出院时、出院后一周回访时护理满意度;采用自行设计健康知识知晓情况调查表从住院指导、治疗方面知识、疾病相关知识、其他相关知识四个维度19个项目比较两组的健康知识知晓情况。结果观察组患者在出院时护理满意度与对照组相当(P>0.05),出院后一周后回访时观察组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组健康知识知晓情况在疾病相关知识方面、治疗相关知识,得分与对照组相当(P>0.05),而住院指导、其他相关知识方面得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论利用微信公众平台对患者进行健康教育,可以增加患者的服务满意度,提高他们的健康知识知晓情况,从而提高患者的依从性,改善患者的健康情况。Objective To analyze the effect of WeChat public platform in the nursing of cervical cancer patients.Methods Health Education and education were conducted on 100 patients with cervical cancer admitted from December 2018 to December 2019 by using public platform of WeChat. The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table, each group had 50 cases. The control group used routine nursing mode to carry out nursing health knowledge education, and the observation group used WeChat public platform to assist health education on the basis of the control group. Nursing satisfaction was compared between the two groups at discharge and one week after discharge. The self-designed health knowledge questionnaire was used to compare the health knowledge of the two groups from four dimensions: hospitalization guidance, treatment knowledge, disease-related knowledge and other related knowledge, including 19 items.Results At the time of discharge the nursing satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was similar to that in the control group(P>0.05). And the nursing satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group at one week after discharge(P<0.05). In terms of disease knowledge and treatment knowledge, the scores of the experimental group were similar to those of the control group(P>0.05), while the scores of hospitalization guidance or other related knowledge were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). The difference was statistically significant.Conclusions The service satisfaction of patients and health knowledge will be able to be increased by health education on WeChat public platform. The patient compliance and their health condition will be improved.
