基于“时机理论”的肺康复训练及护理对支气管哮喘的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探索基于"时机理论"的医院与社区联合进行肺康复训练及护理对支气管哮喘的疗效。方法本研究随机抽取2018年1月—2019年1月本院收治确诊为支气管哮喘的患者共计84例作为研究对象。将84例患者随机分成观察组与对照组两组,每组各42例。对照组患者给予内科常规护理及常规肺康复训练,观察组给予患者基于"时机理论"的肺康复训练及护理,两组均连续随访6个月。分析比较两组患者在肺康复训练前后的生活质量评分以及肺功能FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC、PEF等理化指标。结果经过6个月的肺康复训练,观察组患者的生活质量评分显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05),肺功能(FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC、PEF)显著改善(P<0.05)。结论基于"时机理论"的肺康复训练及护理可以有效的提高患者的生活质量,有助于帮助患者进行更科学的肺康复训练,提高支气管哮喘患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the efficacy of hospital and community combined pulmonary rehabilitation training and nursing on bronchial asthma based on"timing theory".Methods A total of 84 patients with bronchial asthma those diagnosed in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly selected in this study.The 84 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 42 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine internal medicine nursing and routine pulmonary rehabilitation training,while patients in the observation group were given pulmonary rehabilitation training and nursing based on"timing theory".Both groups were followed up for 6 months.The quality of life scores of the two groups of patients before and after lung rehabilitation training,as well as physical and chemical indexes of lung function such as FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC and PEF were analyzed and compared.Results After 6 months of lung rehabilitation training,the quality of life score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the lung function(FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC,PEF)was significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusions Lung rehabilitation training and nursing based on"timing theory"could effectively improve the quality of life of patients,help patients to carry out more scientific lung rehabilitation training,improve the quality of life of bronchial asthma patients.
