基于母亲视角下的Ⅰ型糖尿病患儿生存质量的质性研究

摘　　要：目的通过访谈Ⅰ型糖尿病患儿母亲在照顾患儿期间对患儿生理功能、心理素质、社会关系和身心健康的感受,间接了解Ⅰ型糖尿病患儿的生存质量。方法对8名Ⅰ型糖尿病患儿的母亲进行半结构式访谈,并运用Colaizzi现象学研究法进行资料的整理和分析。结果本研究中,通过分析、整理和提炼主题,得出生理不适感强烈、心理承受能力差、人际交往有压力、生活方式受限制4个主题。结论Ⅰ型糖尿病对患儿的生存质量存在明显的影响,需要深切的人文关怀和情感支持,医务人员及其监护人应采取个性化的护理措施,提高患者的生存质量。Objective By interviewing mothers of children with type1 diabetes about their physiological functions,psychological quality,social relations and physical and mental health,the quality of life of children with type1 diabetes was indirectly understood.Methods Semi-structured interviews were conducted on 8 mothers whose kids suffered with type 1 diabetes,and Colaizzi’s phenomenological research method was used to sort out and analyze the data.Results In this study,by analyzing,sorting out and refining the themes,it is concluded that there are four themes:strongly physiological discomfort,poorly psychological endurance,stressfully interpersonal communication and restricted lifestyle.Conclusions Type 1 diabetes has a significant impact on the quality of life of children and adolescents,which requires deep humanistic care and emotional support.Medical staff and their guardians should take personalized nursing measures to improve the quality of life of patients.
