摘 要:以构树组培苗为外植体,探讨不同培养基配方、蔗糖含量、不同激素及其相对浓度配比对构树生根的影响,并通过调试培养基配方筛选最佳生根处理,以便为生产实践及构树的种苗需求和后续研究等方面提供理论依据。结果表明,适合构树生根的最佳培养基为1/2 MS培养基;最适生根培养基的蔗糖添加量为30 g/L;最适生长素添加的培养基为1/2 MS+NAA 0.1 mg/L,在该培养基下,其根长为2.49 cm、生根数为3.57条;最佳生根培养基为1/2 MS+NAA 0.1 mg/L+CPPU 1.0 mg/L,在该培养基下,其根长为3.24 cm、生根数为5.83条。This experiment used tissue culture seedlings of Broussonetia papyrifera as explants to explore the different medium formula,sucrose content,different hormones and their relative concentration ratio on the effects of rooting of Broussonetia papyrifera.The experiment screened the best rooting formula by adjusting the medium formula,to provide the basis for the seedling requirements and follow-up research of the Broussonetia papyrifera in production practice.The results showed that the best medium for Broussonetia papyrifera rooting was 1/2 MS.The optimum amount of sucrose for rooting medium was 30 g/L.Based on the above results,explore the optimal auxin supplement medium was 1/2 MS+NAA 0.1 mg/L,the obtained root length was 2.49 cm and the number of roots was 3.57.The optimal rooting medium obtained by combining auxin NAA with different cytokinins and their relative concentrations was 1/2 MS+NAA 0.1 mg/L+CPPU 1.0 mg/L,the result of root length was 3.24 cm,and the number of roots was 5.83.
