摘 要:溢洪道是一种常见的泄水建筑物,在国内外水电工程中的应用极为广泛。为更好地指导涉外水电项目中溢洪道的水力学设计,对比了美国垦务局《小坝设计》和中国《溢洪道设计规范》(DL/T 5166—2002)关于水力学计算的规定,分析两者在计算公式、计算参数选取等方面存在的差异,并以科特迪瓦苏布雷水电站和老挝色拉龙一级水电站溢洪道为例,分别对比了低堰、高堰的泄流能力理论计算值同水工模型试验结果之间的关系。研究表明:在低堰情况下,《小坝设计》的泄流能力理论值更接近水工模型试验结果;在高堰情况下,当泄流量相对较小时《小坝设计》的理论值更接近水工模型试验结果,当泄流量相对较大时《溢洪道设计规范》的理论值更接近水工模型试验结果。As a common spillway type in China,weir is also widely used in water releasing structures of overseas HPP.In order to guide the hydraulic design of spillway in overseas hydropower projects,the paper compared the provisions of the“Design of Small Dams”issued by US Bureau of Reclamation and“Design Specification for RiverBank Spillway”DL/T 51662002 issued by China State Economic and Trade Commission on hydraulic calculations and analyzed the differences in calculation formulas,calculation parameters selection,etc.Meanwhile,by the practical use in Soubre HPP in Côte d’Ivoire and Xe lanong1 HPP in Laos,the paper respectively compared the relationship between theoretical calculations and hydraulic model test results on discharge capacity under low weir and high weir when the front of the weir was vertical.About low weir,the research shows that the theoretical value of the discharge capacity of the“Design of Small Dams”is closer to the hydraulic model test results.About high weir,the theoretical value of the“Design of Small Dams”is closer to the hydraulic model test results when the discharge capacity is relatively small,while the theoretical value of“Design Specification for RiverBank Spillway”is closer to the hydraulic model test results when the discharge capacity is relatively larger.
