摘　　要：互联网、大数据、人工智能等新一代信息通信技术的快速发展,带动了数据中心规模的快速扩大。液冷技术作为可以有效提高数据中心能效、解决数据中心冷却问题的技术受到了广泛关注。本文介绍了中国电子学会为推动液冷技术在数据中心行业的应用,促进国内产业链的成熟和发展,在团体标准建设方面所做的探索。The rapid development of the Internet, big data, artificial intelligence and other ICT technologies has driven the rapid expansion of the scale of data centers. As the liquid cooling technology that can effectively improve the energy efficiency of data center and solve the cooling problem of data center, liquid cooling technology has attracted wide attention. This paper introduces the exploration made by the Chinese Institute of Electronics in association standards development in order to promote the application of liquid cooling technology in data center industry and promote the maturity and development of domestic industrial chain.
