摘　　要：本文从技术视角和非技术视角对国内外ISO9001认证研究进行了综述。非技术视角研究主要从新制度主义、俱乐部、市场信号、双边市场等角度展开,技术视角研究主要研究了ISO9001和其他体系一体化、ISO9001认证有效性、ISO9001和企业绩效关系、ISO9001影响因素、质量认证机构等维度,并对研究进行了总结以及对研究前景进行了展望。This paper reviews the research on ISO 9001 certification from both technical and non-technical perspectives. It studies non-technical perspective from the angles of the new institutionalism, clubs, market signals and bilateral market, studies perspective of technology mainly from ISO 9001 and other system integration, ISO 9001 certification effectiveness, ISO 9001 and enterprise performance relationship, ISO 9001 influence factors and certification bodies, and finally summarizes the research and proposes the research prospects.
