摘　　要：女大学生的就业不仅致力于个人职业的发展,也关系着家庭的稳定,更关系着和谐社会的构建,通过问卷调查与深度访谈相结合的方法,在问卷调查的基础上以四个女大学生“过渡就业”的典型案例,深入剖析了90后女大学生的职业选择、影响因素,重点分析调查了解新形势下女大学生过渡就业现象的原因、就业路径选择存在的问题,提出高校优化职业生涯规划意识和就业指导的路径和方法。The employment regarding female college students is not only related to the development of their personal career,but also to the stability of the family as well as the construction of a harmonious society.In this regard,this paper makes a case study on four female college students’“transitional employment”through questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,analyzes in detail post-90s female college students’career choice and influencing factors,mainly explores the cause,path choice,existing problems for their employment transition in the new situation,and puts forward paths and measures for optimizing awareness of career planning and employment guidance.
