摘  要:将等强度梁与L型转轴相结合,设计了一种灵敏度可调的光纤光栅加速度传感器。此传感器通过改变质量块与转轴之间的距离,设置了3种量程档位,实现了量程及灵敏度的可调性,能够为被测对象提供合理的满量程精度。基于上述功能目标,通过振动台实验,分别对该传感器3种档位的幅频特性、灵敏度及横向抗干扰能力进行了测定,确定了该传感器的性能指标。实验结果表明,所研究的光纤加速度传感器具备测试低频振动特性的功能,且量程可调、灵敏度高、抗干扰能力强,能够满足人行荷载导致的楼板振动的检测需求,具有较强的推广应用价值。Combining the equal-strength beam with the L-shaped shaft,a fiber grating acceleration sensor with adjustable sensitivity was designed.By changing the distance between the mass block and the rotating shaft,the sensor sets three ranges and gears,realizes the adjustability of range and sensitivity,and can provide reasonable full range accuracy for the measured object.Based on the above functional objectives,the amplitude-frequency characteristics,sensitivity and transverse anti-jamming ability of the sensor were measured by shaking table test,and the performance index of the sensor was determined.The experimental results show that the fiber optic acceleration sensor has the function of testing low frequency vibration characteristics,and has adjustable range,high sensitivity and strong anti-interference ability,and can meet the requirements of floor vibration detection caused by pedestrian load,and has strong application value.
