摘 要:为了实现对燃气表电机阀工作电流、内阻的检测和对阀瓣到位情况的判断,设计了一套双检测台电机阀参数检测装置。分析了电机阀内阻检测原理,阀瓣位移检测原理和检测通道切换原理。利用DRV8837芯片驱动及控制电机阀,选用INA128仪表放大器对信号进行放大,采用反射式光电传感器判断阀瓣到位情况。STM32单片机内部A/D转换器的15路通道采集转换电压。实验表明,该装置实现了电机阀参数的检测及位移判断,测量内阻绝对误差小于±0.5Ω,检测效率高,有较高的实际应用价值。In order to realize the detection of the working current and internal resistance of the gas meter motor valve and the judgment of the valve clack in position,a set of motor valve parameter detecting device with double detection table was designed.The principle of motor valve internal resistance detection,valve clack displacement detection and channel switching detection were analyzed.The DRV8837 chip was used to driveand control the motor valve,the INA128 instrumentation amplifier was used to amplify the signal,and the reflective photoelectric sensor was used to judge the position of the valve clack.The internal A/D converter 15 channels of STM32 microcontroller were used to acquire and convert the voltage.Experiments show that the device could be used for multi-parameters detection and displacement judgment of the motor valve.The absolute error of the measured internal resistance was less than ±0.5 Ω.According to this study,it could be concluded that the device has high accuracy and high practical application value.
