摘  要:针对传统红外传感器分辨率低、监测范围有限等问题,设计了基于MLX90640红外传感器的高分辨率温度监测系统。系统以STM32F401RCT6作为核心控制器,以MLX90640作为温度传感器,控制器与MLX90640通过I^2C总线进行数据通信,并通过UART接口将温度数据传输给上位机软件,软件可实时显示被测目标温度红外热图像。实验表明,该非接触式温度监测系统操作简单、稳定性高,形成的红外热图像分辨率高、质量好、范围广,且硬件体积小,便于实际安装使用。Aiming at the problems of low resolution and limited monitoring range of traditional infrared sensors,a high-resolution temperature monitoring system based on MLX90640 infrared sensor is built in this paper.The system uses STM32 F401 RCT6 as the core controller and MLX90640 as the temperature sensor.The controller communicates with the MLX90640 through the I^2C bus,and transmits the temperature data to the host computer software through the UART interface.The software can display the infrared thermal image of the measured target temperature in real time.Experiments show that the non-contact temperature monitoring system has simple operation and high stability,and the formed infrared thermal image has high resolution,good quality and wide range,the hardware is small in size,which is convenient for practical installation and use.
