摘 要:目的分析在运动发育迟缓患儿增强核心肌群力量中应用经颅磁刺激神经调控治疗的效果。方法选择2017年7月—2020年1月本院收治的80例运动发育迟缓患儿作为研究对象,随机设为两个组别,给予对照组(40例)常规康复治疗,给予实验组(40例)经颅磁刺激神经调控治疗。对比两组患儿粗大运动功能、发育状况、10MWT试验以及肌力改善情况。结果实验组治疗后GFMN评分A区(t=3.684,P=0.000)、B区(t=5.128,P=0.000)、C区(t=3.186,P=0.000)、D区(t=2.999,P=0.004)、E区(t=4.532,P=0.000)分值高于对照组,均有统计学差异。实验组治疗后动作能发育商(t=4.333,P=0.000)、应物能发育商(t=4.788,P=0.000)、应人能发育商(t=4.465,P=0.000)以及言语能发育商(t=5.122,P=0.000)分值高于对照组,均有统计学差异。实验组治疗后10 m时间(t=3.631,P=0.000)、10 m步数(t=2.558,P=0.000)以及上下阶梯时间(t=4.029,P=0.000)低于对照组,均有统计学差异。实验组治疗总有效率高于对照组(χ~2=15.126,P=0.000),有统计学差异。结论经颅磁刺激神经调控治疗可有效增强运动发育迟缓患儿核心肌群力量,提高粗大运动功能。Objective To analyze the effect of applying transcranial magnetic stimulation neural regulation therapy in strengthening core muscle strength in children with motor retardation.Methods Eighty children with motor developmental delay those admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(40 cases)was given conventional rehabilitation treatment,and the experimental group(40 cases)was given transcranial magnetic stimulation neural regulation therapy.The gross motor function,developmental status,10 MWT test and muscle strength improvement were compared between the two groups of children.Results After treatment in the experimental group,the GFMN scores of area A(t=3.684,P=0.000),area B(t=5.128,P=0.000),area C(t=3.186,P=0.000),and area D(t=2.999,P=0.004)and E zone(t=4.532,P=0.000)were higher than those of the control group,and there were statistical differences.In the experimental group,the kinetic energy development quotient(t=4.333,P=0.000),the physical energy development quotient(t=4.788,P=0.000),the human energy development quotient(t=4.465,P=0.000),and speech energy after treatment development quotient(t=5.122,P=0.000)was higher than those of the control group,and there were statistical differences.The time cost for 10 m experimental group(t=3.631,P=0.000),steps in 10 m(t=2.558,P=0.000),and time const in up/down step(t=4.029,P=0.000)in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,all differences were statistically significant.The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(χ~2=15.126,P=0.000),which was statistically different.Conclusions Transcranial magnetic stimulation neural regulation therapy could effectively enhance the strength of core muscle group and improve the gross motor function in children with motor retardation.
