可卸式双层多孔径相结合的血标本试管架的临床应用及效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨自行设计的可卸式双层多孔径相结合的血标本试管架在临床应用中的效果。方法选取2018年4—9月在本院妇科早晨空腹采血的住院患者360例作为研究对象,其中2018年4—6月采血的181例患者为对照组,2018年7—9月采血的179例患者为观察组。对照组使用传统的普通试管架,观察组使用可卸式双层多孔径相结合的试管架,观察比较二组采血的平均耗时、采血时出现的护理缺陷及差错以及医护人员对二种试管架使用的满意度情况。结果观察组在采血时间、护理缺陷及差错的发生等方面均有一定的优势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);医护人员从试管架存放容量、摆放是否方便、操作便捷性和稳定性四个方面的满意度比较高于传统试管架的满意度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论采用可卸式双层多孔径相结合的血标本试管架能提高医护采血的工作效率,减少护理差错,尤其适合周转快、出入频繁、新入院病人多,采血量大的科室,值得临床推广使用。Objective To explore the effect of self-designed detachable double-layer multi-aperture blood sample tube rack in clinical application.Methods A total of 360 in-hospital patients indepartment of gynecology those collecting fasting blood samplesfrom April to September 2018 were selected as research subjects. The 181 patients whose blood was taken from April to June in 2018 were enrolled as control group, and the other 179 patients whose blood was collected from July to September in 2018 were selected as observation group. A traditional common test tube rack was used in the control group, and a detachable double-layer and multi-aperture test tube rack was used in the observed group. The average time taken, and nursing defects or errors as well as the degree of satisfaction of the nursing staff during blood collection of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The observation group had certain advantages in blood collection time, the occurrence of nursing defects and errors. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.001). The observation group reported higher satisfaction degree than the traditional testtube rack in the four aspects of the tube rack storage capacity, whether convenient, convenient operation and stability(P<0.001).Conclusions The use of detachable double-layer and multi-aperture blood sample tube rack could improve the efficiency of blood collection and reduce possible nursing errors. It is especially suitable for those medical departments or institutions need fast turnover, frequent admission and discharge, and large amount of new patients and blood collection. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
