摘  要:目的探讨液氮冷冻联合威伐光照射治疗甲周疣的临床效果。方法选择2018年1月—2019年9月本院皮肤科门诊就诊的60例甲周疣患者作为研究对对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组两组,每组各30例。对照组单纯应用液氮冷冻治疗,观察组应用液氮冷冻后加用威伐光局部照射治疗30分钟。观察两种方法的治疗效果及不良反应。结果观察组的总有效率(76.67%)明显高于对照组(56.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者术后均出现不同程度的水肿、疼痛、甚至水疱,观察组患者术后均未出现不良反应。结论液氮冷冻联合威伐光局部照射双重疗法治疗甲周疣安全、有效,具有临床推广价值。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of water-filtered infrared-A(wIRA)combined with liquid nitrogen cryotherapy in the treatment of patients with periungual warts.Methods 60 patients with periungual warts those admitted to the third affiliated hospital of Qiqihar Medical University from January 2018 to September 2019 were enrolled and they were divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases)according to random number table method.Control group was treated with liquid nitrogen cryotherapy alone,while observation group was given 30 minute wIRA irradiation therapy after applying liquid nitrogen cryotherapy.Results The effective rate of observation group(76.67%)was significantly higher than that of control group(56.67%),there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).A certain degree of edema,pain and even blister was occurred in control group after operation,while there were no significant adverse events in the observation group.Conclusions It is safe and effective to treat periungual warts with liquid nitrogen cryotherapy combined with wIRA and it is recommended to clinical practice.
