摘　　要：加强医院危化品管理,是预防和减少危化品事故、保障医护人员安全的重要基础。我院从一例异丙醇遗洒的不良事件入手,通过多部门协同工作,借助项目管理理念,梳理危化品泄漏后的管理状况及存在问题,提出加强医院危化品泄漏后的应急流程与具体应对措施,有效防控类似事件的发生。Strengthening the management of hazardous chemicals in hospitals is an important foundation for preventing and reducing hazardous chemical accidents and ensuring the safety of medical personnel.Starting with a case of isopropyl alcohol leakage,our hospital worked collaboratively with multiple departments,and used the project management concept to sort out the management situation and existing problems after the leakage of hazardous chemicals,and proposed emergency response process and specific measures for hazardous chemicals leaking to effectively prevent and control similar accidents.
