罗伊适应理论应用于老年糖尿病患者血糖控制的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨基于罗伊适应理论的护理对老年糖尿病患者血糖控制效果的影响。方法选取2017年3月至2017年8月本院收治的老年糖尿病患者60例,设为常规组;选取2017年9月至2018年3月本院收治的老年糖尿病患者60例,设为ROY组。常规组给予常规护理,ROY组在常规组护理的基础上给予ROY护理,比较两组患者心理、行为状态及血糖控制效果。结果ROY组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分明显低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);ROY组自护能力量表(ESCA)、糖尿病患者自我管理行为量表(SDSCA)评分明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);ROY组空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2小时血糖(2hPBG)、糖基化血红蛋白(HbA1c)明显低于常规组,ROY组血糖控制率明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论基于ROY理论的护理可有效改善老年糖尿病患者心理、行为状态,有利于提高患者血糖控制效果,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of nursing based on Roy adaptation theory on blood glucose control in elderly diabetic patients.Methods 60 elderly diabetic patients admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to August 2017 were selected as the control group;60 elderly diabetic patients admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the ROY group.The control group was given routine care,and the ROY group was given ROY care on the basis of control group care.The psychological and behavioral status of the two groups and the effect of blood glucose control were compared.Results The scores of the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and the self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the ROY group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).The scores of exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA)and summary of diabetes self-care activities scale(SDSCA)in the ROY group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Fasting blood glucose(FBG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2hPBG),and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)of the ROY group was significantly lower than the control group.The blood glucose control rate of the ROY group was significantly higher than the control group,whose difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion Nursing based on the Roy theory can effectively improve the mental and behavioral status of elderly diabetic patients,and it is conducive to improving the blood glucose control effect of patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
